Returns and refunds

You may request a return of an unused brush within 30 days after delivery. Email jgill0082@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

The brush must be unused and in its original condition. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not use the address on the shipping package unless we confirm it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos, where possible, help us resolve the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. If we require a return for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping. The unused-item requirement does not apply to these claims.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping you pay for a change-of-mind return is not reimbursed.
