TidyTailo offers free standard shipping to Canada and the United States.

Order processing and delivery

Orders ship from our supplier in China. Processing and delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination and carrier. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking

We will send tracking information when it becomes available after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Customs and import charges

Free shipping covers the delivery charge. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
